Louise
It was a very interesting meeting and certainly made me think. I have been focused on ICT for a while but I am also involved in various volunteer organisations in Angus including to do with young carers and as chairman of the local Council for Voluntary Service. As a cross-sector group we are in a position to suggest initiatives in the voluntary sector as a whole and, having heard what you had to say, I think there is a definitely an argument for the voluntary sector supplementing the work of Education within the community especially with Health Fairs, emphasising healthy diets and lifestyle to parents. I will keep you posted as to how this goes.
