		<description>I saw him present at Online Educa in Berlin last year. His presentation was superb. He was very entertaining as well as on the money with what he was saying. To think that one PC in a hole in a wall could lead to so much learning in a rural village where no-one had used a computer and then to compared that with how much the huge investments in ICTs has, or hasn&#039;t impacted in learning in our country. Some real food for thought...</description>
